Walking and Talking Sessions
Mind and Sole Run walking and talking sessions around Northumberland!
These sessions aren't just walking for health and we often say they are talking and walking sessions.
It is so important to get out the house and get a little exercise as often as you can. With these walking sessions, you will never be walking alone. There will be someone to talk too even if its just about the weather!
These walks are slow paced and we walk roughly a mile then have a nice cuppa at the end.
We often go into cafes for a cuppa so bring some pennies!
How walking can help your Mental Health and Wellbeing
Walking is an amazing way to boost your mental health! It's a yet effective way to reduce anxiety depression, increase your mood, and make you feel great! Walking also gives you a sense of accomplishment and helps you clear your mind, allowing you to focus on your thoughts and emotions. So, let's take step towards better mental health and start walking!
How do I join?
Joining is easy,
Find the walking and talking session you want to join, and pop along! There the walk leader will give you a members form (which we keep in case of emergencies) and we will ask if you want to be added to our WhatsApp group. WhatsApp is how we keep updates on the walks in case ones cancelled or if anyone is running late etc.

You can join our WhatsApp groups before you join the walk if you would prefer, links are below.
Please keep in mind, you need to be accepted by the admin if you join via the link, so it could take a hour or so!
